PolygonAdding a New User to Polygon

Open the Polygon management console in your web browser. Ensure you are logged in as an admin account.
Navigate to the “Users” section on the left-hand menu. Here, you will find a list of all current users and an option to add a new user.
Click on “Add New User.” Fill out the required information, which includes username, full name, email address, and a strong, unique password. Make sure to use a password manager to generate and store the password securely.
Assign the new user a role. Roles determine the level of access and permissions the user will have within the Polygon platform. Common roles include admin, user, and guest. For a family member, consider the role carefully to ensure appropriate access.
Review the user details for accuracy. Once satisfied, click “Save” to add the new user to the platform. The user will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and begin using Polygon.
