PolygonScan and Organize Paperwork for Polygon Document Archive

On April 15th, we updated the Polygon document scanning process to streamline and automate the import of paperwork into our document archive. The new workflow ensures that all family and friends can easily contribute their important documents while keeping the archive organized and accessible.
The changes include the addition of a dedicated "Scan Documents" section in the Polygon interface, which guides users through the process of capturing high-quality images of their paperwork. We also enhanced the optical character recognition (OCR) capabilities to improve the searchability of these documents within the archive.
To facilitate this, we've created a brief user guide and a video tutorial that detail the steps for scanning and uploading documents. This user-friendly approach should make the process easier for everyone, and the improved OCR will help us maintain a searchable and well-organized archive for all.
