Public Landing Page for Polygon

Today's meeting focused on the public landing page for our self-hosted home server platform, Polygon. The goal is to create a simple, informative page that will attract and welcome family and friends who might be interested in using our services. We aim to ensure the page is clear, concise, and visually appealing.

During the discussion, we agreed that the landing page should have three main sections: an introduction, a brief description of the services offered, and a call-to-action. We also decided to include a link to the user guide and a section for frequently asked questions (FAQs). The design should be clean and user-friendly, with a focus on easy navigation. We plan to use a light color scheme and ensure that the text is easily readable.

The main challenge we face is balancing the need for a welcoming introduction with the technical details that users might need. We want to avoid overwhelming new users while still providing enough information to make them interested. One open question is how to handle the privacy and security aspects of the platform without making the page too complex. We will need to decide on the wording and potentially create a simplified explanation of our security measures to include on the page.
